Building a premium brand from the ground up in the health & beauty care sector, targeting an untapped sales channel with high growth potential.

As Healthily expanded into new categories and business models, we identified a unique opportunity: the premium segment within aesthetic medicine clinics and high-end cosmetic salons, a channel largely overlooked by competitors. Our recommendation was to conduct a full market assessment and develop a comprehensive business and marketing strategy tailored to this niche.

We executed a diagnostic and conceptual project that led to a complete brand strategy, including:

  • Market segmentation
  • Definition of target audiences
  • Product portfolio development
  • Pricing strategy
  • Comprehensive business case, including profit and loss projections
  • Consumer journey mapping
  • B2B and B2C communication strategies, including loyalty programs and CRM
  • PR campaign planning and social media strategy

We oversaw the entire incubation process, from R&D and product sourcing to team building and market launch. Our partnership ensured seamless alignment between business strategy and marketing execution, all while developing a distinctive and compelling brand identity. The Medilage budget and its seven-person team were managed through an innovation outsourcing model, delivering both strategic oversight and operational efficiency.

Following a successful debut in 2021, Medilage team was fully integrated into Healthily’s structure. The brand quickly partnered with numerous aesthetic clinics across Poland and gained recognition from leading experts, such as Prof. Dr. Halina Car.
