THE FUTURE OF CONSTRUCTION WORK
The Erbud construction group asked us to create a brand dealing with modular construction. We were supposed to prepare the company for the Polish and German market, demonstrate its ability to build multi-story buildings and emphasize eco-friendly solutions. We also had to keep in mind the fact that the modern character of the brand must go hand in hand with a trustworthy image.
IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS
First, we came up with the name. MOD21 is directly related to modular construction. The number 21 refers to the year when the company was established, and technical solutions for the 21st century. Ultimately, most of the MOD21 construction work is done at a factory. After 21 days, the finished module rolls off the assembly line, with only the furniture inside missing. It just needs to be transported to the construction site and attached to the other elements.
We have developed a complete brandbook. Its task is to help marketing departments – both in Poland and Germany – to consistently build the brand image. To introduce the company, we also created a website. We designed two versions of it – Polish and German. They differ not only in language but also in structure. This is because the company has different expectations of operating in both markets.
At the same time, MOD21 started recruiting both in Poland and Germany. A factory was established in Ostaszewo near Toruń. The company expects to achieve revenue of 1.5 billion per year in the coming years, and become one of the pillars of the Erbud group. We’re happy we were able to help in creating a new brand and model for the future of construction work.
