Effie Awards is the most important marketing effectiveness competition in Poland. Its purpose is to select and reward the most effective marketing campaigns and solutions.

Tomek Bartnik is one of the originators and co-creators of the new React & Sustain category, which focuses on ensuring that the activity of competitors does not decrease or its scale is minimised.

This is not the first time that Tomek has been elected to the Effie Awards Committee. It happened, for example, in 2020 and 2021.
