Monika Dryja
New Product Development, FMCG expert At One Eleven
Monika specializes in new product development and efficient implementation for clients.
Monika possesses a unique blend of managerial and strategic thinking competencies acquired through working for large, progressive organizations. If someone claims that a particular idea is “cool but very difficult to execute,” it means that they haven’t met Monika yet.
Most recently, she worked for Philips Polska, where she was responsible for the overall development of the health and wellness category (Philips Sonicare, Philips Avent). During this time, Sonicare achieved a leadership position in a category that was dominated by one player for many years, while Avent revolutionized the category through a radical digital transformation and active use of social media as the main force in building communication channels. Previously, she worked for L’Oreal Polska, where she was responsible for portfolio strategy, communication (B2B and B2C), and the introduction of new products under the Vichy brand. Prior to that, at the Żywiec Group, she managed new product introductions and brands such as Warka, Królewskie, Leżajsk, Specjal, and EB.
Her most important projects include repositioning the Specjal brand and innovative activations that create engaging experiences for the Vichy and Warka brands.
She is interested in psychology and interior design, and enjoys eclecticism. She does not like to regret not doing something.
