New hosting platform
Cyber_Folks is a new brand on the demanding and fragmented market of hosting services, previously operating under the name LinuxPL.com. When we were asked for help in developing the concept of a communication launch, no one had heard of cyber_Folks yet.
Our task was to develop the concept of a TV spot and OOH communication to a well-defined target group of existing and new users of hosting services. The key challenge was to explain the comprehensive service to a demanding target group: small and medium-sized enterprises.
In addition, for all the preparations – from the development to the examination of the concepts – we had only 1.5 months. Everything took place during the recently announced global pandemic and pandemic-related lockdown.
Taking into account the conditions of the project, we designed an iterative conceptual and research process, thanks to which we had the opportunity to obtain the clearest message in the selected target group. From the very beginning, a production studio was involved in the process, which allowed us to start working on the preparation of a film set after our first workshop.
The main communication idea was to show and juxtapose two worlds – the world of the entrepreneur and that of the consultant – addressing the most common problems faced by customers when purchasing hosting services – website speed, domain registration time, service providers’ time of response to technical problems.
ALL ELEMENTS ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT. WE FELT THAT THE PROCESS OF CREATION RESULTED DIRECTLY FROM THE BRAND CONCEPT – AND THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD BE.
