THE BETTER SIDE OF BGK24
We carried out a process that improved the functioning of the website of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego
At the beginning, we tested the information architecture, analysed the functionality of the proposed solutions and the overall aesthetics of the website.
We conducted the research using the Lookback platform. Selected users used the website and were remotely accompanied by a moderator. The software and methodology used allowed the client to track user behaviour on the website and comment live on the research results.
The process ended with the implementation of a number of improvements and the preparation of a set of recommendations enabling further work on making it easier for Internet users to access the website.
