Preparing to go public, communications technology leader needed a brand identity that matched its ambition and scale of its business.

Vercom had been a pioneer in communication technology for nearly two decades, establishing itself as a regional leader in the fast-growing CPaaS market. In 2021, the company was preparing to go public. Vercom needed to change its branding and storytelling in order to persuade the market to invest.
The company’s existing image didn’t reflect the innovative solutions and unmatched quality of its services. Despite being a cornerstone of the digital ecosystem, offering a broad suite of tools for businesses to engage with their customers, Vercom struggled to articulate its value proposition clearly.
Vercom had to learn to speak about itself in a simple and engaging way. The new strategy, visual identity, and narrative were to inspire trust and reflect the significant scale of the company’s operations.

Thanks to in-depth analysis, we identified scalability and multichannel as key messages associated with Vercom. They were the basis for creating a distinctive narrative and an adaptable visual language. A symbol representing scale became a key element of the proposed communication strategy – the client immediately recognized this symbol as their own.
RESULTS
Vercom’s rebranding played a pivotal role in its successful debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company raised 180 million PLN, with its opening stock price surging by nearly 20%, and retail investor demand far outstripping the available shares.
This achievement underscored our ability to deliver branding strategies that drive real business growth.
