STRATEGY
We work with strategies and marketing concepts in the broad sense: ranging from the brand portfolio, brand strategy and product portfolio all the way to branding strategy and activation.

DIAGNOSTICS
All our projects integrate a strong element of diagnostics. We use an agile, interdisciplinary approach to their implementation, smoothly mixing a variety of research perspectives – data, qual, quant, semiotics, ethnography.
We also carry out separate analytical and auditing projects (category, brand, situation). We develop our own diagnostic methodologies and methods of testing advanced solution prototypes (ICL™ tool), ensuring that they have an impact on real business decisions and consumer choices.
INNOVATION
We help existing business grow by finding new areas of competence and helping to expand the offering.
We support innovation processes from ideation to implementation. We identify and estimate market potential, develop the core concept and then help in the incubation and scaling of the project. On request, we carry out each phase of market launch in the end2end model.
We are involved not only in shaping the core idea but also in product development, sourcing, budgeting, and crafting a scaling plan. Additionally, we assemble the essential team for the initial phase. We oversee implementation and manage the first marketing activations to ensure success.
